Ventajas: the whole weekend was excellent, loved the roof top bar with pool.

Desventajas: nothing

Ventajas: Habitación reformada. Cama muy cómoda. Agua y cava de bienvenida. Cenas temáticas. Zumo de naranja natural el domingo. Piscina y bar en el último piso. Excepcional.

Ventajas: Nos hicieron la estancia muy cómoda. Buena comida, buen servicio, instalaciónes nuevas, limpias y cómodas!! Con mucho encanto !!

Desventajas: Nada... La verdad que todo fue muy bien!!

Ventajas: The location of this hotel is perfect! Short walk to the beach, supermarket, shops, bars and restaurants. Bus stop at the end of the road 2 mins away which takes you to surrounding towns and also portaventura and is only a couple of euros. Also the roof top pool is brilliant. Although we didn’t use it much due to the weather it was great to relax. The staff were very friendly and knowledgable of the area. Breakfast had a wide variety of food to cater for all ages (we didn’t stay in the hotel to eat at any other time). It was very clean everywhere! The cleaners come the room every morning and emptied bins, made the beds, replaced towels, mopped throughout and cleaned the bathroom! I will definitely stay here again.

Desventajas: Everything was great I don’t have comments on anything I didn’t like!

Ventajas: Location was great. Spacious room. Supportive staff.

Ventajas: Todas las habitaciones dobles estaban ocupadas (incluso la que yo había reservado), así que nos pasaron a la suite junior. La habitación era muy amplia, las camas cómodas y el baño fabuloso. Había bastante variedad en la cena y el desayuno.

Desventajas: Se oía mucho ruido del pasillo, ya que estábamos al lado de las escaleras. El parking estaba completo y tuvimos que aparcar en la calle.

Desventajas: The room walls are quite thin, and you can hear people in the corridor. Would benefit from having carpet in the corroidors

Desventajas: Nothing

Ventajas: Los trabajadores del hotel son maravillosos. Galia, Antonio, Ana, el socorrista Asturiano...una gozada. Una amabilidad y simpatía alucinante y eso que no se lo puse fácil que iba con mis 3 niñas pequeñas!!! Como no puedo comer gluten, todos los días Antonio me preguntaba qué quería cenar/desayunar y me lo sacaban recién hecho. Una maravilla.

Desventajas: Los cabeceros de las camas tenían un Marco de madera que sobresalían a la altura de la cabeza, mis hijas a poco se abren la cabeza. Las habitaciones se ven un poco viejitas.

Ventajas: Piscina de la 6 planta y terraza restaurante. Amabilidad del personal de 10

Desventajas: Falta algo de iluminación en habitaciones ,es muy tenue

Ventajas: Todo en general estuvo muy bien y los desayunos muy completos.

Desventajas: Roof top pool

Ventajas: Loved the Lobby and the rooftop pool location was excellent

Desventajas: Great hotel fantastic location. Second time we have been but not the last!!!!

Ventajas: Everything about the place was stunning, the staff, the atmosphere The evening entertainment was up to a very good standard, they were great at getting people involved, up and dancing it was truly a lovely experience,

Desventajas: Hhhrrrrmm now this is a very hard question to answer. To be frank, I like the whole experience.

Ventajas: That's we were close to all the shop, pubs and the beach

Ventajas: Excellent facilities and good food. Reasonable prices at bar.

Ventajas: Good breakfast and coffee, very good location, very pleasant and helpful reception staff but bar staff less so.

Ventajas: Staff, friendly, professional, welcoming, multilingual, helpful, courteous, and eager to help. Mostly faultless. Even the housekeeping staff and guys clearing trolleys of dirty plates in the restaurant were super friendly. The location is central to everything. 20 Min walk to theme parks, lots of supermarkets close by if you don't want to pay €31 for 2 drinks! 5-10 Min walk to beach. Whole hotel immaculately clean, housekeeping available daily and very polite. Beds are large and comfortable, if a little firm. Even at peak busy times the restaurant ran like clockwork. Service is impeccable, food replenished swiftly when running low and plenty of variety every evening to prevent tedium and boredom.

Desventajas: The place was amazing. Only encountered one rude staff member the whole stay, some dude in the restaurant trying to tell us we couldn't sit at the only clean and re-laid table in the restaurant when they were extremely busy. Other than that, all the staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. My only other gripe was being charged €31 for a gin and lemonade and a rum and coke in the adults only pool and bar area! Just because my kids weren't with me doesn't mean I don't have any and I'm made of money!!! That was extortionate! Other than those two gripes the place was immaculate, food was fantastic, entertainment varied. One singer thought he was Elvis and sang like a drunk dad at karaoke, dancers were amazing but ruined by some guy who thought he was a comedian while they danced to Moana soundtrack, and some muscle blokes doing pitiful trampoline acrobatics. Not my cup of tea but then there was the whole of salou on the doorstep to find our own entertainment. Oh, and no English speaking channels on the tv. I like to have the TV on in background when I sleep due to anxiety but struggled to sleep with it being in a language I didn't understand, however I'm not entitled and realise that in Spain you should expect their TV to be in Spanish!

Ventajas: Esta cerca del parque portaventura, y el buffet del desayuno varía cada día la zona caliente.

Desventajas: Nada

Ventajas: El personal muy amable , y las instalaciones perfectas

Desventajas: La comida ha bajado, en cuanto a calidad, ya que comparado con el 2015 que estuvimos en este mismo hotel, no tiene comparación.

Ventajas: Staff were so helpful and friendly, gave great advice and suggestions on where to go

Desventajas: The walls were quite thin, if you are young and like to play music during your stay it may not be the place for you

Ventajas: Great location. Very clean and quiet, although did have evening entertainment. Would recommend to couples and groups of friends

Ventajas: Perfect location. We stayed here for a short weekend break. Cleanest hotel we ever stayed in. Rooms are spacious. Food was delicious and entertainment every night.

Desventajas: Liked everything

Ventajas: We have stayed here numerous times. The hotel is beautiful with three lovely pools and always spotlessly clean. The bar prices are very reasonable and the food is always lovely. The coffee machine at breakfast isn’t very nice coffee and maybe better off investing in a better machine. We hired the bikes for €12 euros for the day and that was great. Staff were always polite apart from the odd one or two who couldn’t manage a smile.

Desventajas: The bed we had in our twin room was awful. The mattress was way to thin and very hard to sleep on. The walls are so thin I could hear the old couples conversations and the toilet and shower running was awful as you could hear these everytime too. The staff cleaning start very early considering you are on holidays from 8am some mornings. The hotel was closing down for the season when we were there so made you feel a little bit like you were in the way sometimes especially towards the end of the stay when they were taking down the pool lights and stacking all the us beds and packing parasols away. The air conditioner in the room didn’t work that great either but all of this didn’t affect our stay. We would still come back and stay again as it is a lovely hotel.

Ventajas: lovely hotel in the centre of salou, entertainment was excellent and food was very good standard (breakfast), didn't eat lunch or dinner in hotel as there are lots of restaurants to try close by.

Ventajas: Always love the beds in h10 hotels so spacious clean love them staff in h10 Delfin excellent reception,bar,dining area all polite and helpful and friendly

Desventajas: Towels been aloud on beds at pool at morning and not been used till afternoon same people sitting in chairs at poolside same with roof top pool towels left on beds for hours not been used people not been able to get one so leaving yet loads of empty beds with towels

Ventajas: This was our first visit. The staff throughout the hotel where all friendly & helpful. Lovely food and plentiful at every meal. Room clean & comfy. Pool area relaxing & clean. Foyer beautifully laid out, reading area a favorite spot. Really lovely atmosphere about the place. Definitely recommend.
