Ventajas: Me gusto la ubicación y lo amable del personal, además sirven un excelente desayuno y cena incluida en el precio.

Ventajas: El hotel esta en pleno centro, cerca de todo pero al mismo tiempo muy tranquilo, el detalle del café para clientes en recepción. Y sobre todo lo mejor es el desayuno espectacular no falta de nada, felicidades al cocinero.

Desventajas: Por decir algo la habitación era un poco pequeña.

Ventajas: Ubicacion perfecta. Relacio calidad precio excelente. Personal de desayuno /cena excelente(felicidades). Profesional checkin y amables.

Desventajas: Hicimos una peticion por el ruido del extractor del baño, se reclamo al dia siguiente, y aun estamos esperando respuesta del hotel.

Ventajas: Prácticamente todo. La ubicación era perfecta, las habitaciones completísimas con unas camas muy cómodas. Si tuviese que decantarme por algo sería el desayuno. Pocos desayunos he visto como el de este hotel.

Desventajas: El aire acondicionado es centralizado en todo el hotel y no se puede modificar el de la habitación. Pasamos un poco de frío, pero la verdad que con las colchas que nos pusieron, dormimos de escándalo!!

Ventajas: The friendly staff especially Daphne and Inga. The fabulous breakfast. Having now travelled to most of Europe's Christmas markets for 5 consecutive years, we can definitely confirm that this hotel has the best breakfast offering. We were very happy to find out that a small dinner was also included. Each room had an iron and ironing board, umbrellas, safe, lined writing pad and pen, good lighting, tea and coffee facilities. There were cookies, tea, coffee, glogg, and water at the front desk/lobby.

Desventajas: Pillows were too small.

Ventajas: Excellent breakfast. Fantastic location. Small, sharp and clean. Perfect for a weekend stay.

Ventajas: Breakfast and evening meals were great.

Desventajas: Construction right next to the room on the other side wall next to the bed two of the three nights we stayed there woke us up much earlier than we would have preferred. Internet access was extremely spotty at best.

Ventajas: From the moment we checked in, to the moment we picked our luggage up, after storing it after check out, we couldn't have asked for a more accommodating, or friendly staff. We were there for our 32nd anniversary, and when we checked in, they upgraded our room to a suite. The location was great, and the view out our room was looking down on the Christmas market. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was great and the selection of food was excellent. I miss my cafe latte's every morning, now that I'm home. A small meal was also provided every evening. We didn't eat there every evening, but it was a nice alternative. Especially if we had been out all day and were feeling like just relaxing in the evening. Great Asian restaurant next door, quick walk to the water, or to the shopping areas, and the National Theater station. When we checked out, we were able to leave our bags until we were ready to pick them up. Absolutely great location and if I go back to Oslo, I will definitely stay there again.

Desventajas: Only complaint I had was there was a band playing at a club or restaurant somewhere near by, and you could hear it until at least 2:00 in the morning. It's just one of those things in a city, so certainly not something I would criticize the hotel for. The bathroom was a little small, but had everything we needed.

Ventajas: La ubicación es magnífica, junto al Parlamento noruego. Y el desayuno excepcional, propio de un hotel de cinco estrellas en lugar de uno de cuatro: guisos, carne, pescado, salsas, dulces, variedad de panes a elegir, carta de tes y cafés, zumos diversos, fruta natural. También ofrecían sin cargo, una cena ligera por la noche, que en un país como Noruega, en invierno (visitamos la ciudad en diciembre), se agradece mucho.

Desventajas: Nuestra habitación era un poco pequeña y sin armario propiamente dicho. Además, daba a un patio interior, en lugar de a la calle. Pero la decoración eran muy agradable y la temperatura estupenda. La climatización funcionó correctamente.

Ventajas: Cerca del aeropuerto, a 10 minutos a pie. Cerca de la estación de tren a 5 minutos a pie. Transporte gratuito al aeropuerto. Taxi a la estación central era barato, 160 coronas. Las habitaciones están limpias. La cama era cómoda.

Desventajas: El desayuno no estaba incluido en la habitación, 99 coronas extra. La ducha era diminuta. Tan pequeña que mantenían el control para pegar en agua caliente y fría.

Ventajas: Me gustó mucho el nivel de limpieza. El buffet de desayuno en la mañana. El acceso a una lavadora y secadora. La proximidad a las atracciones. La arquitectura exterior. Los dormitorios separados. El tamaño pequeño de los dormitorios. La opción de dormitorios con baños.

Desventajas: Las austeras salas blancas. Las luces blancas de los pasillos están siempre encendidas y dan mucha luz al abrir la puerta de los dormitorios.

Ventajas: Amable, Limpio, buen desayuno

Ventajas: Breakfast was awesome. The best breakfast I've had at a hostel/hotel! The location is great and the place is clean!

Desventajas: The bed was uncomfortable. A thin mattress with a metal bar underneath that dug into me.

Ventajas: El hotel/ hostel, es muy lindo, y esta realmente muy bien ubicado. A 13 minutos a pie de la estacion central, muy cerca de todo. El personal muy amable. Salas de estar muy comodas. Habitaciones lindas. El baño muy comodo. Desayuno completisimo incluido en el precio.

Desventajas: Cocina con mucho espacio para sentarse. Pero no puede cocinarte nada. Solo es uso del personal para el desyauno/lunch. Yo fui creyendo que podria hacerme de comer y resulto que solo tenia uso de agua caliente y algunos utencillos. Las habitaciones, si bien son lindas, son un poco pequeñas para tanta gente y las maletas. El colchon era muy finito y se sentian los alambres de abajo de la cama. Desde mi habitación, en primer piso, se escuchaba música, no se si de la calle o de la recepción, lo cual era un poco molesto.

Desventajas: Bedroom with 3 bunk beds with 2 levels. Small room for 6!! Reception was a SERIOUS hassle - they keep the main entrance door unlocked when there's no one there to check if it is a stranger. MY ROOM WAS INVADED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT BY AN AWFUL OLD NORWEGIAN MAN WHO THREATENED ME BY USING FOUL LANGUAGE WHEN I LIFTED UP MY HEAD TO SEE WHAT WAS HAPPENING IN THE BEDROOM. IT WAS ABOUT 3 AM!! I WOKE UP TO THIS CHAOS IN THE BEDROOM! TURNED OUT THE MAN HAD STAYED IN THE BEDROOM 2 NIGHTS BEFORE. HE HAD TAKEN THE ENTRANCE CARD WITH HIM SO HE SNEAKED IN THE HOTEL WITHOUT BEING NOTICED AND DOING THE CHECK-IN, THEN HE WENT BACK INTO THE BEDROOM HE HAD STAYED 2 DAYS BEFORE!!THERE WERE 3 OTHER GUESTS THERE - 3 YOUNG ASIANS.THE ASIAN GIRL TOLD THE MAN TO LEAVE! I REPORTED THE CASE AT THE RECEPTION IN THE MORNING AND WAS SHOCKED AT THE REACTION OF THE YOUNG AFRICAN WOMAN WHO, AT FIRST, TOLD ME THEY WERE DEACTIVATING THE CARDS AND REACTIVATING AGAIN (SHE ASKED ME TO RETURN MY CARD TO DO THESE PROCESSES) ONLY AFTER THE INCIDENT HAPPENED!!! WHEN I ASKED AFTER THE FOOTAGE OF THE INTERNAL CAMERAS, SHE GUARANTEED THE ENTRANCE DOORS REMAIN LOCKED AFTER 10 PM. (NOT TRUE. I ARRIVED AT 11 PM AND WALKED INTO THE HOTEL AND THERE WAS A NOTE SAYING ''WE WILL BE BACK SOON''. A RECEPTIONIST CAME AFTER A WHILE TO DO MY CHECK-IN ) SO SHE VICTIMIZED HERSELF MAKING A DRAMA BY SAYING SHE HAD HAD A 'TOUGH SHIFT' THAT NIGHT AND PRETENDED TO BE VERY UPSET, LEAVING ME SHOCKED AND COMPLETELY HELPLESS! TO MAKE THINGS MORE WEIRD AND UPSETTING HER COLLEAGUE, A YOUNG NORWEGIAN MAN, RUSHED TO THE OFFICE, AT THE RECEPTION, TO 'COMFORT' HER, IGNORING ME COMPLETELY! I CALLED HIM TO ASK FOR AN EXPLANATION AND HE STARTED TO INTERROGATE ME WITH QUESTIONS LIKE " WHY DIDN'T YOU COME DOWN RIGHT AWAY TO LET US KNOW WHAT WAS HAPPENING?" I ANSWERED "I WAS TOO SCARED, MY HEART POUNDING, TO MOVE!" HOW ARROGANT!! SUCH AN IDIOT NORWEGIAN! SHAME!

Ventajas: The staff there are so kind , they offer me many useful information about traveling and it is in a good location that you can easily find. Since it is a nice hotel and I plan to live here next summer to enjoy a wonderful time in Oslo! Norway is the most beautiful country I ever travelled to, and I love it!!

Ventajas: Un montón de opciones para el desayuno.

Desventajas: Un poco ruidoso por las obras dentro del hotel.

Ventajas: La habitación era cómoda pero sin lujos. Está muy cerca de la principal estación de tren de Oslo (Oslo S), así que fácilmente fuimos andando o cogíamos autobuses, trenes y tranvías a donde necesitáramos ir. La habitación incluía el desayuno y el buffet de desayuno era muy bueno (bastante típico de los buffets de desayuno europeos, pero - todavía - muy bueno). El personal es amable y habla bien inglés. Fue fácil dejar nuestras bolsas en la sala de autoalmacenamiento cerrada mientras viajábamos de noche para ver los fiordos.

Ventajas: Great hotel close to the railway station. Room was fairly small, but very clean and nice decor. Very nice breakfast and evening meal included in the price.

Desventajas: Would’ve been useful to have somewhere to hang a jacket or shirt.

Ventajas: Great location, room very clean and staff friendly - and super value with free breakfast and supper. Food was high quality.

Ventajas: The breakfast is fantastic and even though lots of complaints about the dinner, it's fine and good as a little freebie. People have said it's not vegetarian friendly - it is, but it's a selection of salads, fruit and cheese and then a non-vegetarian hot meal with side. I'm a vegetarian and this was absolutely fine, salad and vegetables and on the odd night they had soups that were fine as well. It's all served in a lovely way and lots of nibbles to grab to snack on and try! We were checked in by some VERY handsome and friendly men, who gave us a very lovely room - it didn't have a view but we were also very central Oslo so can't complain!

Desventajas: Wines and drinks could be a little bit more affordable so that you want to stay and have a drink (the common room is nice and we had one early night) but this seems to be the theme in Norway. We didn't get toiletries in our room, so that would have been nice - I think just a cleaning error and not a big deal in comparison to how nice everything is.

Desventajas: The staff was very irregular about cleaning up the room. The reception was very unhelpful about the invoice and receipt. The room rates came out differently for each day, and there was no plausible explanation for that, even to someone who travels quite frequently around the world. The beds were too narrow a la Scandinavian style.

Ventajas: Free evening meal and good quality of food served for breakfast. The room is spacious, clean and functional, quality of the bed is very good and comfortable. Toilet is bright and clean, all amenities were provided well. Check-in process is fast and they do provide free fruits, snacks and also a coffee machine at the lobby. Conveniently located in the city and main attractions are walk-able from the hotel. Services by the hotel staff were attentive and friendly.

Ventajas: Estuve feliz. Quiero destacar a Gery que me recibió a mi llegada, pues es muy amable, tuvo lindas atenciones y tiene mucha facilidad para los idiomas: Gracias. Todo el personal muy bien.

Desventajas: Tal vez lo único a mencionar es que el viento entra un poco por el marco de las ventanas, por lo que salir de la cama y estar en la habitación es un un poco frío.

Ventajas: - El desayuno es estupendo, muy rico todo. Estuvimos en varios hoteles en Noruega y, sin duda, el desayuno aquí fue el mejor. - La cena ligera incluida en el precio. Aunque no había tanta variedad como en el desayuno, se agradecía poder tomar algo en el hotel. - Todo el personal con el que tratamos fue muy amable, a destacar especialmente la gente que servía el desayuno y la cena. Muy atentos, muy pendientes de ayudar en todo momento. - La localización, cerca de la estación. Si volvemos a Oslo, volveremos a este hotel.

Desventajas: Un par de detalles, aunque no fueron muy importantes para nosotros: - Pocos canales de TV. Además, en teoría se podía conectar el móvil para hacer streaming, pero nuestra red no funcionaba. - Había hervidor en la habitación, pero no repusieron el café y azúcar ningún día.

Ventajas: El desayuno maravilloso, todo orgánico y buenísimo. La habitacion, el hotel, el gimnasio, el personal sobre todo los del restaurante encantadores.

Desventajas: El sistema de luces en la habitación es complicadísimo. El aire acondicionado era imposible de manejar desde la habitación, hacia mucho frio. La ducha tenia poca potencia y tardó mucho en calentar. Almohadas incómodas, salimos con dolor de cuello.

Ventajas: Me gustó solo la ubicación.

Desventajas: El room service es deficiente, nostros llegamos muy tarde y no nos quedó mas remedio que pedir algo, llamamos a room service y como no contestaba nadie mi marido bajó a la recepción y se lo pidió al recepcionista y al cabo de un rato llegó en lugar de sandwiches unos bocadillos de un tosco pan que no había quien se lo comiera, no sé como la revista Traveller lo puede recomendar tanto, la habitación enana y el cuarto de baño pésimo, el armario es pequeño y precario ocupado por una enorme tabla de planchar;y ya el colmo es que hacen exposiciones de cuadros en el pasillo de las habitaciones, con lo cual si estas en tu cuarto tienes la conversación del que se apoya en tu puerta como si estuviera dentro...considero que para ser un 5 estrellas deja mucho que desear y la relación calidad precio no existe, es muy caro para lo que ofrece.

Ventajas: Breakfast choice was great. Location good.

Desventajas: Car park costs were extortionate. Rooms gloomy and hard to control temperature and lighting. Overall costs far too high, Norway is expensive but this was way too much for us.

Ventajas: The hotel is really nice, modern, luxurious. Breakfast was very nice with a lot of choices. Location could not be better.

Desventajas: The dominant color is black. This is very elegant, but it is quite dark. I like bright colors, so that part I did not like so much. The bar did not serve any peanuts or crisps with the drinks. This must be improved. The way to the underground parking of The Thief could be described better. You need to know that you have to enter the Tjuvholmen underground parking first which is the only way to reach - through a tunnel - the hotel and its own underground parking. This was really confusing and the GPS was no help at all! With all that it is offering, The Thief is still too expensive. But this is Oslo, I guess...

Desventajas: Le falta mantenimiento al hotel en sí, la recepción no está bien, tampoco las entradas con cortinas descosidas. El piso está mal mantenido, opaco, sin lustrar. La isonorización del cuarto es regular, estábamos en el 3er piso y el ruido del tranvía se siente.

Ventajas: Beautiful hotel, excellent location. Wonderful restaurant, great vibe. Friendly staff.

Con muchos restaurantes alrededor. Muy, muy recomendable

Desventajas: La ubicación de la habitación. Muy lejos del elevador y en el piso 4-5 con escaleras para acceder por ser la unión entre dos edificios!!!!!

Ventajas: La excelente ubicación y la decoración del hotel . El restaurante buen servicio y comida con precios razonables. El gran café muy agradable

Desventajas: Falta de algún canal TV en ESPAÑOL Bastantes tramos de escalera para acceder a las habitaciones sin que te ayuden con las maletas

Ventajas: Great location !

Ventajas: The location of the hotel is very good for sightseeing. We looked at the map and decided to walk directly from the "National Theater Train Station" to the hotel and it worked out. The stuff was also super friendly and very helpful. We have nothing to complain. ALL GOOD!!!!

Desventajas: Everything was GOOD!!! ;)

Ventajas: La localización es fantástica, el desayuno es abundantísimo y variado.

Desventajas: La habitación estandard es insuficiente y pequeña para la categoría del hotel. Baño pequeño, desangelado y con lavabo minúsculo

Ventajas: Very nice hotel, efficient staff. The highlight is the breakfast... amazing!

Desventajas: The rooms were hot and stuffy, even with heating off and window open

Ventajas: The hotel is right opposite Vinterland markets. All staff were helpful and friendly and we sat in the bar for hours; it was so nice. The breakfast was incredible.

Desventajas: The beds (twin) were very small and whilst the shower was hot, the water was just dripping out really - no pressure at all. For the price I think I would expect better beds and shower.

Ventajas: Hotel is very nice - very clean and good general service. Staff is very helpful and the atmosphere is generally very good. Rooms are really nice.

Desventajas: SPA costs 25 euro per day on weekends for hotel guests ridiculous. The bar upstairs (eight) has no coffee or tea.

Desventajas: Poor Wi-Fi signal

Ventajas: Location was great. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was well-appointed. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Desventajas: Standard King Room contained only a queen size bed, and 1/3rd of our 7th floor room was unuseable due to the rooftop angle. As it was a busy week (Nobel Prize week), we were told no other rooms were available for us, although we are aware of at least one couple with our group that were moved to another room during our stay.

Desventajas: Not clean, bad services, it was scam cause I choose this hotel for the pool cause there is nothing open in Oslo at Christmas and the pool was closed !!!!! For the 3 days I was here. Nobody previous, even the night when I arrived the personnel at pool said to me that it’s open from 8am to 9 pm. The room was not really clean! When I checked out nobody ask if I had a good time in hotel no satisfaction questionnaire I never saw that before. The breakfast is good and the barman is cool but even at restaurant whe ask for a table and they said « sorry we are full! » ther was maximum 60% table occuped incredible

Ventajas: This hotel has one of Oslo's prime locations, with the hotel itself forming a point of reference along the Karl Johan - Oslo's main pedestrian stretching from the Royal castle and all the way down to Oslo Central Station.

Desventajas: This hotel can get busy with a lot more going on than just accommodating for its overnight guests. Hence, when you are heading for breakfast or one of the bars or restaurants you'll often find that you are in a crowded place.

Ventajas: La ubicación era cómoda y tranquila. Un poco lejos del centro de la ciudad, pero a un corto viaje en autobús/tranvía. El desayuno era bueno. Me pareció que el pequeño recinto de la ducha era ingenioso. Espectáculos puede tener un baño funcional en unos 20 pies cuadrados. El personal era servicial

Desventajas: La habitación era bastante pequeña, pero probablemente en línea con otros hoteles escandinavos.

Ventajas: Las habitaciones eran muy cómodas, con un personal servicial. El desayuno era una buena variedad de alimentos.

Ventajas: Personal amable

Ventajas: Me encantó la amabilidad del personal de recepción y la ubicación del hotel.

Desventajas: Lo del parking gratis es un poco engañoso, hay 4 plazas de parking

Ventajas: Breakfast was good

Desventajas: I booked the hotel because it advertised free parking. I don’t know how they can claim this with only 6 parking spots at the hotel. When we arrived to 6 occupies spots, the staff told me I could pay for parking on the street (clearly not free parking). They finally agreed to park my car in an alley and move it if needed. Instead, they woke me up early the next morning because they needed me to move my car so another guest could leave (the hotel clerk did not have his driver’s license). This happened again later in the morning... not ‘free parking’.

Ventajas: Location is great. Everything within walking distance, for me.

Desventajas: Nothing

Ventajas: El estilo y decoración del hotel, eran inmejorables así como el estado de conservación.

Desventajas: El colchón era demasiado blando para nuestro gusto, El desayuno encontramos falto de variedad, ya que se centraba en un desayuno anglosajón.

Ventajas: Very nice and quiet location, Frogner-Majorstuen area, nice houses, shops & restaurants nearby, close to the center but still hidden away from the noise of the city. The breakfast is amazing, very good quality food and wide variety to choose from. The room is spacious and comfortable, big and very clean bathroom.

Desventajas: The only thing that was bothering was the noise from the restaurant: we had a room on the 1st floor (or ground floor called 1st floor) and right below was the restaurant. The music is not very loud but the vibrations (bass) come through quite well. Although it was supposed to close at 10PM, the music continued until after midnight. We reported it but nothing changed. This was the only aspect I did not appreciate from the hotel management.

Ventajas: The staff were amazing - the guy who checked us in was so friendly and helpful and was quick to recommend places and give us directions. Really well kept and presented facilities too

Desventajas: The only downside is that it's a little out of the city centre. However, the area is nice and quiet and has some amazing restaurants and the walk to the centre is about 15 minutes and really pleasant (through the Palace gardens)

Ventajas: Después de recorrer Noruega durante días y alojarnos en distintos hoteles hemos de decir que éste alojamiento ha superado nuestras expectativas. Muy buen servicio, buen desayuno, detalles que gustan al viajero como fruta, tetera, café,... Todo impecable. Muy buen desayuno. Se nota que es un hotel boutique cuidado con esmero. Muy céntrico. Sin duda para repetir.

Desventajas: Nada

Ventajas: Limpiar, desayuno y ubicación

Desventajas: Su desidia y falta de atención, me explico: al llegar tardaron en atenderme, dos recepcionistas, sin clientes y esperé diez minutos, mal rollo. Una vez presente mi reserva les expuse la duda que tenía con respecto al aparcamiento, a todo decían que bien, no conforme les pedí por favor que me acompañaran y vieran donde había aparcado, well well very well es lo que repetían. Al día siguiente una multa de 90€. Les pedí explicaciones y me dijeron que podía reclamar en un nº de teléfono que aparecía en la sanción, por supuesto la multa fue directa a su papelera. Un establecimiento al público se define por su atención, profesionalidad y dedicación y este adolece de todo ello, lo desaconsejo.

Ventajas: Nice boutique hotel. Liked the hanging art. The room was big and comfortable, nicely designed and decorated. Breakfast was very good, and the restaurant was superb.

Desventajas: The heating system didn't work for 2 days, and it was cold, as is always in Olso in October.

Ventajas: Llegamos tarde, nos llevaron las maletas y cnos dieron una cama extra. Servicio de habitaciones desayuno-comida increíble! Excelente ubicación

Desventajas: Extraños borrachos o drogadictos fuera del hotel, entre el hotel y la estación de tren. Más que en otras capitales de la UE, mucha gente pidiendo dinero.

Ventajas: Gran ubicación, justo al lado de la estación de tren. Un hotel muy bonito y la habitación. El desayuno es excelente.

Desventajas: No hay enchufes cerca de la cama. Solo había ropa de cama para 1 persona, incluso después de haber especificado que éramos dos en la reserva y en el check-in.

Ventajas: La cercanía a la estación y el aeropuerto, justo en el centro de la ciudad.

Desventajas: Vestíbulo y área de desayuno muy concurridos.

Ventajas: Normalmente reservamos en mejores hoteles. Pero la única ventaja de este hotel es su ubicación. Se encuentra a menos de 500 metros de la estación de tren y autobús principal terminal y a una corta distancia a pie del corazón de Oslo y el City Sentrum.

Ventajas: central location, good breakfast

Desventajas: old furniture, small room

Ventajas: Lovely experience overall, in a thoughtfully designed and sparkling clean room. Major plus is the fantastic sauna with harbor view due to its glass walls. There's also a nice but very narrow pool (really best for one lap swimmer at a time).

Desventajas: Here's the elevator issue: If user forgets to swipe card first, response SHOULD be an error message such as Please swipe card. Instead, response is that system sends user to an elevator, elevator opens, then nothing happens! Needs a fix ASAP.

Ventajas: Desayuno y ubicación

Desventajas: Ascensores ,habitación cerca de ascensor ,ruido por las mañanas de las señoras de la limpieza

Ventajas: Good location

Desventajas: Everything was great...but the same issue I had in Stockholm Radisson the breakfast reception were rude. They way they ask you your room number and they way the welcome you to the breakfast is really weird. Beside that the other hotel staff and the main reception staff are very friendly and helpful.

Ventajas: Silencio. Amabilidad del personal de recepción. Las vistas son increibles.

Desventajas: El baño es muy pequeño. Pocos detalles en general. El desayuno poco variado.

Ventajas: Good choice at breakfast, nice bar at the top, fantastic views of the city, generally warm feel despite being modern.

Ventajas: Very short walk to the train station, making access to/from the airport easy. Pod espresso coffee facilities in the room. Great selection for breakfast including traditional Norwegian cheeses, meats, tomatoes, radish, juices, fruits, granola, yoghurt etc. Wonderful city views from the room and from the 34 bar and restaurant. Tasty local dishes. Nice wine selection, if you can afford it ;)

Ventajas: The room was good sized and breakfast was excellent .

Desventajas: Running after the elevator if the elevator whch was assigned to your floor was just 10 steps away, cause the elevator closed so quickly. Also, for the roof top restaurant to close for Christmas was not a great idea cause tourists come from far and wide to see that .

Ventajas: Very polite and helpful staff. The guys at the lobby took the extra mile when one of us forgot a personal item in the room at check-out. Really appreciated. All facilities incl. fitness and rooftop bar are worth to visit and spend time there.

Desventajas: Everything was great

Ventajas: Location of the breakfast restaurant is excellent, on the second floor of the property, easily accessible from the elevators from any floor. Room is spacious and clean, bed is very comfortable.

Desventajas: New style elevators without buttons to press are a bit annoying to use, as if one makes a mistake, one has to exit the elevator and call another one from the control panel in the hallway.

Ventajas: La tranquilidad. La habitación muy espaciosa y limpia. Y las vista de la cuidad son espectaculares.

Ventajas: The location was great. 7 minutes walk to the Palace and buses for the museums. The airport shuttle bus was just outside the door of the hotel. Staff were informative and friendly. The family room was ample for my wife, myself and our 16 & 12 year old boys

Desventajas: We don't eat pork and we could have done with a variation on the meat in the sausages and bacon at breakfast. Everything else was good.

Ventajas: El personal y la ubicación, como lo acogedor.

Desventajas: La habitación pequeña, la entrada a la habitación difícil. La relación calidad precio no cumplió las expectativas.

Ventajas: El desayuno buffet no estaba mal

Desventajas: La verdad es que en la habitación se podía respirar polvo/ácaros. La cama un poco incómoda, pero bien.

Ventajas: En esta segunda estancia la habitación era más confortable. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena para moverse por los sitios de interés

Desventajas: La relación calidad precio. Sigo considerándola un poco caro el hotel comparado con otros en la misma área.

Ventajas: Localización perfecta! Desayuno fantástico y personal muy amable. Todo limpio y muy cuidado!

Ventajas: Very nice Hotel. Excellent breakfast. Staff very kind and efficient. Position is great, very close to all center attraction.

Ventajas: Acogedor, limpio, súper céntrico y bien ubicado. Llegamos a las 22:00 y aun así pudimos cenar en el restaurante, donde además tienes un 20% de descuento por estar alojado. El autobús desde el aeropuerto para justo delante del hotel, también con descuento. El personal muy atento y resoluto El desayuno perfecto, súper amplio

Desventajas: Nada, todo estupendo!

Ventajas: The location was very central, the rooms well appointed and very clean. Breakfast was very good.

Desventajas: The staff at the restaurant were unfriendly and not welcoming at all. In fact at times during breakfast, we felt rather upset with their stand alloofness. However Staff at the front desk were very courteous and helpful.

Ventajas: Su restaurante, la chimenea de la recepción , muy agradable. Con bebidas gratuitas y la ubicación inmejorable
