Ventajas: The hotel, the staffing, the breakfast and the location of it was according to the expectations. The dimmensions of the room and be near the beach was amazing. Close to the hotel are enough parking space. I have been there two times and I am sure that in my next visit I will be there.

Ventajas: The hotel Aesthetically looks lovely…however on this site and the other site that advises about trips, this hotel should be AMAZING – and from our point of view – it was just – ok. I don’t believe I paid the best price – and that may well have effected my perceptions as well. I understand that hotels work on dynamic rate – ie – the less space they have – the more the room price increases….. In this case – I paid approx. £250 a night. For a 10 night stay – that is quite a lot of money for room only. If the room was priced at £150 a night – I would have felt much more comfortable about it.
Desventajas: The cleaners here get great reviews – however – I would personally say our room cleaning was a 7 out of 10. There were areas missed – and glasses not always washed. My “sea view room” – don’t forget - £250 a night – was behind a rather large palm tree. Which – obscured the view somewhat. It wasn’t what I imagined it would be to be honest.

Ventajas: La ubicación es perfecta, frente a las dunas, pero hay que atravesar las dunas para llegar a la playa. Las vistas desde los pisos superiors son excepcionales. Las habitaciones son cómodas y bonitas, de buen tamaño y con una bonita terraza. Las fotos de la página del hotel son realistas. Hotel muy tranquilo, ideal para descansar.
Desventajas: La habitación tenía olor a humedad. Aunque reservé con bastante antelación, no fue possible obtener una habitación en el último piso. Las cortinas de la terraza dejan pasar la luz.

Ventajas: Fabulous hotel, the setting is amazing, a true oasis in the dunes, absolutely perfect for a relaxing break. Big pool, plenty of loungers, lovely luxurious rooms with excellent sea views over the dunes - love the sofas. Breakfast is fantastic, huge variety, lovely juices and cava :) The nearby shops (go out the beach gate and turn left) are standard cheapish beach resort fare but make a good change from the very stylish hotel and if you like to surf or kite surf the schools are a short walk along the beach. If you want a little more class a £5 taxi will get you to the sunset cafe, hotels and restaurants at Meloneras. Highly recommended.
Desventajas: Would prefer bigger towels changed less frequently. Robes also very small, I would post a picture but it would be indecent :p Tea making facilities in room would be good. Poolside food could be improved, it's okay in a pinch but not the same standard as breakfast.

Ventajas: Great garden with bar and pool area. nice spacious room. Location is good- next to promenade. Great place to watch sunrise. Staff is really polite. I’ve never before been guided to my room after check-in. Food was great (stayed for two nights).
Desventajas: No parking available, canalization smell in room when doors and windows were closed, extremely soft mattress for sleeping and maybe a bit noisy, you may be disturbed by passing traffic or people who cross corrior or walk upstairs. Restaurant area felt bit like conveyor though service was great! Evening shows are suitable for older people...

Ventajas: El personal fue INCREÍBLE en cuanto a amabilidad y a estar pendientes de lo que necesitábamos. Parte de la familia era vegetariana y ellos se encargaron de que siempre tuviéramos opciones en el bufete y que estuviéramos contentos. La limpieza un 10 y las instalaciones muy cómodas! Muy recomendable! Si vuelvo sin duda repetiré!

Ventajas: El hotel es precioso de estilo colonial y el jardín es espectacular. La habitación muy bonita y espaciosa, con una cama enorme. La amabilidad de todo el personal es digna de mencionar.
Desventajas: El baño no olía bien. Los huéspedes en un alto porcentaje eran alemanes de la tercera edad. Nosotros viajábamos con un bebé y esperábamos un plan más familiar. Echamos en falta una rampa para bajar a la zona de piscina con el carrito.

Ventajas: Buena ubicación del hotel. La zona de estar de la habitación resulta un rincón acogedor suficientemente separado de las camas, aunque el sofá tiene el asiento muy duro. La terraza del bar de la piscina. El jardin. El personal muy servicial, agradable y simpático (sobre todo el maitre del comedor). Los precios del bar de la piscina que me parecieron baratos para ser un hotel de 4*. La zona de descanso del primer piso con vistas al lobby.
Desventajas: La comida, en general, tenía poco sabor (especialmente insípidos los arroces y el fideua). El cuarto de baño pequeño para la categoría del hotel y la grifería antigua. Las ventanas y la puerta de la terraza no aislan del ruido. Las zonas comunes de la piscina y el comedor solían estar masificados resultando difícil moverse por ellos.

Desventajas: The shower made the bathroom floor very wet, which seemed quite dangerous. The curtain did not stop the water going outside the shower onto the bathroom floor, no matter how the showerhead was angled.

Ventajas: This acommodation is absolutley fanatastic , truly 5***** + location, 2mins to the Kasbah,10 mins walk to the Yumbo center,near the beach and the famous boardwalk. We hope to be back next year.... Thanks to Tracy who welcomed us and gave us all the info we needed and the maid was meticulous in her cleaning duties every day..

Ventajas: The accomodation has everything you need. It is spot on clean and we immediately felt at home. The living room is spacious enough and the couches are very comfortable. The kitchen has a dish washer, combi-oven, fridge, freezer, kettle, coffee machine and so on. The garden has a beautiful olive tree and 2 comfortable sun beds table and 4 chairs. Every morning, we had breakfast in the garden. The house is surrounded by fake grass which gives it a nice touch. The bathroom is very spacious and has a rainshower too with strong pressure. We loved the daily warm showers. The beds are very comfortable as well and we brought many clothing and we could stock everything in the closet and our valuable belongings in the safe. We even had a second lounge area for ourselves. The location is also very convenient, close to the supermarket and restaurants.
Desventajas: We were not informed about the check-out procedure. It would have been nice to know in advance that we could store our luggage. In the end, the cleaning lady informed us (which was a challenge because she does not speak English). You can also use the toilet after check-out, this was not told to us either. Later on, we discovered that there are Spa treatments but there is no mention of it at all in the Villa. There is no reception, only via Whatsapp.

Desventajas: There was no bath tub in junior suite as requested Room was uninhabitable on arrival due to excessive smell of cigarette smoke The only offer the hotel made was to give another non suite room for the 1st night Even after cleaning again, the suite still smelt of smoke until the end of our 8 day stay The only compensation offer from the hotel, was a 96 Euro reduction from the Euro 609 cost of the suite for one night

Ventajas: The staff were wonderful without exception. My room was very comfortable and cosy. The food was excellent. The pool sheer joy. Generally a laid back, no fuss atmosphere. Excellent location for morning runs along a nature reserve and afternoon strolls along the sea front. All in al fabulous.

No creo que fuera del gusto del cliente medio que estaba en ese momento. En el desayuno la preparacion y la espera por tortilla es excesivo.

Desventajas: Our room was upgraded and was bigger, but no view and also we had to pay extra for a coffee capsule which was a bit annoying. According to me in this type of hotel you rather make the price even higher, in order not to bother guests with 2 euro for Wi-Fi or 2.50 euros for coffee in the room because you’re going to ruin the class of the hotel . Somehow looks funny! In any case I thank you for making our holidays more comfortable and happy!!

Ventajas: Las zonas de piscinas, amplias y sin aglomeración.
Desventajas: La ubicación: muy apartado de la zona donde hubiera cualquier tipo de actividad (de restauración o comercial). Situado al final del paseo que discurre paralelo al mar, lleva más de 20 minutos alcanzar la zona de Maspalomas andando a paso ligero; siempre mejor que coger el coche, ya que el aparcamiento en destino era imposible. La comunicación entre las distintas zonas del hotel: con una serie de pasillos interminables, con curvas y con los ascensores poco visibles, todo ello con distintos niveles, que hacían los desplazamientos, por ejemplo, entre la habitación y el restaurante francamente incómodos.

Ventajas: Close to one beach private-ish beach. Was hidden from the board walk. Would of been to go for a 2-4 trip not 6 nights 7 days.
Desventajas: The bed was uncomfortable, the resort was a maze to get threw. Resort was for older folk as young travellers we were bored by the entertainment and didn’t always want to lounge around the pools or drink a lot. The food was hit and miss; the staff was great on the first night getting our plates taken away but as time went on we had to pile our dirty plates up so they would notice we were done. Our room smelled quiet bad with or without the ac on, we would of like to open a window but we couldn’t being on the first floor. The resort needed some maintenance as people were tripping as they walked around the resort. Even though we had all inclusive we were doing a lot more work than we should of.

Desventajas: The hotel is laid out on quite a confusing way, particularly with regard to the lifts. Also there is a flight of spiral stairs outside the buffet restaurant that is quite dangerous, the 1st step blends into the rest of the surrounding path and so it’s quite easy to miss the first step and trip, very dangerous in my opinion.

Por la noche mejora, pero no es de cordon bleu. Algunos empleados no están muy contentos. El sistema de entrega de toallas de piscina es de campamento de verano: cambias tu ticket por una toalla cada día. Si al final de la estancia no tienes el ticket o la toalla, supongo que te cobrarán la toalla.

Ventajas: La habitación, a pesar de haber reservado un estudio, era super espaciosa, la cama no podía ser más cómoda. El complejo es muy tranquilo, tiene 2 fantásticas piscinas y preciosos jardines. El personal es excepcional, muy amables y siempre atentos en todo, te hacen la estancia aún más agradable. Un gran detalle que nos sorprendio, nuestro vuelo llegó por la noche y nos habian reservado una cena fría para mi y mi pareja, cena que nos subieron a la habitación. Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos en este hotel , ambas estancias de una semana, definitivamente seguiremos pasando nuestras vacaciones aquí.

Ventajas: Destacar la amabilidad de todo el personal de servicio (desde recepcionistas, camareros, limpiadoras...). Las habitaciones (yo estuve en la parte de lo que ellos llaman la villa) increíbles: amplias, luminosas, tranquilas y con la posibilidad de usar la cocina que a veces, llevando niños, puede ser buena opción para alguno de los días. De 10 los exteriores y zona de piscina. Genial el hotel para pasar unos días en familia y conocer la isla con un coche de alquiler.

Desventajas: The first face we met on arrival at the hotel was the doorman, what a gentleman. In fact all the staff were fantastic. They would go out of their way to make you happy. Always smiling and saluting. Hotel spotless, including pool area. Loads of sun loungers and no need to be up at the crack of dawn to book one. Meals were top class. Surroundings beautiful. Will definitely be going back there again.

Ventajas: The location is great, right on the beach. Amazing breakfast. It is catered to primarily germans and all around speak German. This did not bother us, just mentioning. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. We arrived early in the morning and were upgraded at no charge. Will definitely return.

Ventajas: Location is good - only 30 mins from airport costing €3.50. Close to beach and amenities of Playa del Ingles. I’m not a beach person so really appreciate a hotel with a roof terrace and this has one of the best in the resort. Always able to get a sun bed. Rooms comfortable and clean with large walk in shower and plenty of hot water. Good (for a hotel) open air gym. Food ok - nothing special but plenty to eat. Caters more for Northern Continental European tastes as most of holiday makers seem to be German and over 60. Don’t expect many fresh vegetables - but salad selection good. The demographic of the guests makes for a peaceful holiday but wouldn’t suit the younger holiday maker looking for a livelier time. Special mention to Lucy on reception who actually recognised me from previous trips and actually takes the trouble to talk to you.
Desventajas: Very poor WiFi - only managed to connect properly in reception area. Patchy in room and non-existent on roof terrace. I’ve mentioned this on numerous occasions but there seems to be no desire to put in place a simple fix. Make sure you’ve got enough mobile data. No English language entertainment on TV. There is BBC World News (US focussed), Russia Today and TV Monde - both in English. Lots of German TV though. In the off season when weather is more unpredictable there should be other options.

Ventajas: The hotel Aesthetically looks lovely…however on this site and the other site that advises about trips, this hotel should be AMAZING – and from our point of view – it was just – ok. I don’t believe I paid the best price – and that may well have effected my perceptions as well. I understand that hotels work on dynamic rate – ie – the less space they have – the more the room price increases….. In this case – I paid approx. £250 a night. For a 10 night stay – that is quite a lot of money for room only. If the room was priced at £150 a night – I would have felt much more comfortable about it.
Desventajas: The cleaners here get great reviews – however – I would personally say our room cleaning was a 7 out of 10. There were areas missed – and glasses not always washed. My “sea view room” – don’t forget - £250 a night – was behind a rather large palm tree. Which – obscured the view somewhat. It wasn’t what I imagined it would be to be honest.

Ventajas: Fabulous hotel, the setting is amazing, a true oasis in the dunes, absolutely perfect for a relaxing break. Big pool, plenty of loungers, lovely luxurious rooms with excellent sea views over the dunes - love the sofas. Breakfast is fantastic, huge variety, lovely juices and cava :) The nearby shops (go out the beach gate and turn left) are standard cheapish beach resort fare but make a good change from the very stylish hotel and if you like to surf or kite surf the schools are a short walk along the beach. If you want a little more class a £5 taxi will get you to the sunset cafe, hotels and restaurants at Meloneras. Highly recommended.
Desventajas: Would prefer bigger towels changed less frequently. Robes also very small, I would post a picture but it would be indecent :p Tea making facilities in room would be good. Poolside food could be improved, it's okay in a pinch but not the same standard as breakfast.

Ventajas: It is a very nice hotel in a good position, excellent helpful staff and a very good standard of food. Entertainment is provided in the evenings which mainly appeals to the German guests. There are two gyms and a Spa area containing a steam room and Spa. Naturist areas are provided on the upper terraces. The property is well maintained with a swimming pool and terraces where towels cannot be placed on chairs before 9am. Plenty of bars, restaurants and shops within walking distance.
Desventajas: We arrived about 9pm to be told by the manager that they were overbooked and we would be transferred to their sister hotel. This was unacceptable to us as they had done this to us on our last visit the previous year. He became rude and aggressive but eventually a room was eventually found for us on the third floor for that night and the next day we transferred to another room on the 6th floor. We complained the next day and did not receive a satisfactory response. They obviously overbook and then pass guests on with little consideration. When it happened to us last time we effectively lost a day of our holiday and were living out of a suitcase unable to unpack before we were moved back to our correct hotel. It is a lovely hotel, but, the dining area is chaotic - the layout is appalling, as it is a buffet service you have to bypass queues of people waiting to be seated with your food with very little space. Tables are too close together.

Ventajas: Selection and quality of food was excellent (although some dishes were very salty). Children playground was in the shade, and kids club facilities were good. Some staff members are very nice (in the restaurant and Patrik in kid's club). Reception staff was nice enough to change our room, when we complained of a smoke/food smell 24/7 in the first room - the second room was better (although other customers smoke heavily in this hotel). Transfer was well arranged. I think it is the best hotel in the area for kids playground (as Playa des Ingles does not have any children playgrounds at all), food quality and variety and for the location.
Desventajas: All customers (mainly Germain pensioners) of the hotel smoke - in the restaurant, bar and on their balconies - and the smoke comes to your room and to a dinner/breakfast table.... Hotel customers and some waiters (not all) were very intolerant to young children - we did not feel welcome in the restaurant at all. Our little one had an accident fall in the room, which resulted in the emergency hospital treatment - but hotel staff did not bother to ask how we are/if everything was ok. I had a Birthday and the restaurant promised to deliver a Birthday cake (they offered, without us asking for it) - but they never delivered it:(, it was very disappointing. Kids club did not work (although it was open and we could select activities ourselves), but as it's not school holidays time - there was no entertainment (no disco/etc) for kids. Packed lunch consisted of a banana, an apple, a clementine and a bottle of water - for "all inclusive" guests. Clean towels in the room were not that clean - black marks/colours/lipstick (but it is probably the quality of the washing machine/detergent?) . Ventajas: The breakfast was great, the room was excellent with it being cleaned twice a day, the chauffeur service from the airport was very relaxing, arrival drinks, a tablet with the room giving information and room service. The spa was lovely too, sauna, saunarium, steam room and relaxation area.

Ventajas: El trato del personal muy bien, el restaurante muy bueno. Muy detallistas y los productos de aseos exquisitos.
Desventajas: El snack de bienvenida. Es un detalle pero su contenido está compuesto por frutas deshidratadas muy dulces. Comparado con otros hoteles de este estilo es muy simple y pensado para los amantes de lo dulce, la verdad.

Ventajas: La junior suite y sus instalaciones genial
Desventajas: No me gustó el trato por parte del personal de recepción y por parte de uno de los camareros en el desayuno. Nos ofrecen un cóctel de bienvenida y nos dices que nos sentemos en la barra, no en una mesa ni sillón con el calor que hacia, y que la pedazo de copa no la podíamos subir a la habitación, al rato vuelve y dice que si y no nos explica como movernos por el hotel. En el desayuno no nos dejan pedir crepes porque hay que pedir los con un día de antelación

Desventajas: No me gusto que despues de estar una semana y media , el ultimo dia no pudimos quedarnos en la piscina por que querian que para 160€ por pasar el dia, solo pasar el dia en la piscina.

Desventajas: Estaba sucio, (ojo no era culpa de las limpiadoras de piso), la comida peeeeesima, los espectáculos comenzaban a las 8, justo cuando comenzaba la cena, prácticamente, las bebidas sin sabor, los pasillos llenos de polvo y súper sucios, abren las puertas sin haber limpiado de la reforma, lamentable, me cobraron una pasta y es el peor hotel que he estado, de verdad PÉSIMO

Ventajas: La cama
Desventajas: La comida, poca calidad y variedad. La bebida fatal, los cócteles sabían a agua. La relación calidad-precio deja mucho que desear. Los seguritas de pensaban que eran porteros de discoteca... Cogimos día de inauguración sin previo aviso por parte del hotel, lo que nos hizo sentir que estaban haciendo pruebas con nosotros y sin recompensa alguna. En el recibimiento en el hotel, nos comentan que el domingo a nuestra salida podríamos pasar el día en las estancias del hotel, debido a la escasa ocupación del mismo, nuestra sorpresa fue que llega el domingo y nos dicen totalmente lo contrario, aún así nos ofrecemos a pagar el día y nos argumentan que es imposible debido a la ocupación tan grande que tiene el hotel, sabiendo nosotros de antemano que eso era mentira. Para ir finalizando, aunque podría seguir nombrando una serie de irregularidades, los empleados no tenían claros los horarios de nada, ni los servicios que ofrecían, con lo que unos nos decían una cosa y otros otra, en definitiva, toda una contradicción continua. No volveremos a repetir, sin duda alguna. HABITACIÓN 503.

Ventajas: Las instalaciones renovadas
Desventajas: La comida, poca calidad, poca variedad, los cocteles eran diferentes de un dia para otro y en las diferentes estancias del hotel(muy aguados) en el bar 24h los dulces con hormigas. Los seguritas se pensaban que eran porteros de discotecas. Al llegar al hotel nos comentan que eran dias de inaguracion y no lo tenian avisado en la web, con lo que nos hemos visto que han ido probando con nosotros. Al realizar el chek in el viernes preguntamos si se puede alargae el chek out para por la tarde nos comentan que no hay ningun tipo de problemas que lo avisemos el domingo poe la mañana, y al relaizarlo nos dicen que no es posible, se le comenta a la Señora directora todo lo sucedido( desde las hormigas en la comida hasta el alargar la estacia el domingo (PAGANDO UN EXTRA)siendo la unica respuesta de ella que lo sentia.) No repetiremos mas estancia en dicho hotel Habitacion 502.

Ventajas: Llegamos a las 12h cuando el check in es a las 15h e hicieron lo posible para limpiar la habitación en seguida, ademas nos pusieron la pulsera y pudimos disfrutar de la comida desde esa hora. Habitacion amplia, limpia y luminosa. Sin duda repetiré.

Ventajas: Friendly, efficient staff, very clean room and public areas, including lovely pool. Apartment had everything we needed (except a corkscrew!) Good location - fairly quiet area but within easy walking distance to beach and Yumbo centre. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to others. (There are, however, a few opportunities for improvement in the "What you didn't like" section...) Overall, for they type of accommodation / price point, this is a very good product.
Desventajas: Single beds with thin mattresses and loose headboards were fine but they weren't the most comfortable. The furniture (e.g. dining chairs and table) makes a horrible noise when dragged across the tiled floors and this transmits from other apartments if other guests aren't considerate late at night. This could probably be easily remedied with better feet on the furniture.

Desventajas: El apartamento que nos adjudicaron, el más escondido y sin vistas a ningún sitio. Bastante viejo, tal vez necesitaría una reforma.
