Ventajas: Muy lujoso hotel en una buena ubicación de Londres. Sin duda volvería al hotel en mi próxima visita.

Desventajas: No mucho..

Ventajas: Espectacular en todos los sentidos

Desventajas: No poder quedarnos más tiempo

Ventajas: Absolutely stunning hotel and was provided with an amazing experience. Staff were friendly and attentive. Room was spotlessly clean. Lovely touches given to my parents Golden wedding anniversary. They received a yellow rose, card and cake. Beautifully clean and spacious rooms. The hotel upgraded us on arrival.

Desventajas: On comparison to another hotel near by that i normally stay that costs £300 less per night to stay there. Few little things that were missing in the room that should've been topped up especially the expectation of a 5 star hotel. Breakfast tea bags were missing. The room i stayed in i was struggling to find the plugs they were located awkwardly behind the desk. Had to get on my hands and knees to plug the kettle and charger in. A dirty tray was left outside my door on a side board from another room and was there overnight to mid morning.

Ventajas: Savoy grill was excellent

Desventajas: Bigger choice of fruity cocktails would be nice

Ventajas: I booked the stay for my wife’s birthday. She was very surprised as we arrived at the front of the hotel. You are made to feel special from the minute you arrive to the minute you leave. A totally fantastic hotel with staff to match. Hope to return soon.

Ventajas: The savoy had the magic we were expecting it is truly a wonderful place and the service was beyond expectations. We were so well cared for, all the staff are incredible and make it their passion to make your stay a most memorable experience. This hotel is the best we have ever stayed in with such attention to detail, it is in a class of its own.

Ventajas: Staff extra friendly especially lady that checked me in.

Ventajas: Las instalaciones

Ventajas: Staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for you, all were very knowledgable about the hotels history. Cocktails in the American Bar was a lovely experience, it was the perfect end to the evening.

Desventajas: Nothing, it was faultless!

Ventajas: El lugar maravilloso. Todas las comodidades incluidas. Personal extremadamente amable. Se hacen cargo de todo. La pieza maravillosa . El desayuno riquísimo. Me encantaría ir nuevamente

Desventajas: Nada no me gusto. El único detalle puede ser que para persona con movilidad reducida desplazarse a la piscina o salir de la tina puede ser un poco difícil.

Ventajas: Staff were excellent and extremely accommodating.

Desventajas: Nothing. Don't Change.

Ventajas: Todo maravilloso, un hotel de primera en toda la extrude la palabra.

Ventajas: El personal es estupendo y muy servicial. Ubicación perfecta para varias estaciones de tren.

Desventajas: El costo.

Ventajas: Lo recomiendo 100%.

Ventajas: La cama era increíblemente cómoda con sábanas. Baño perfecto, el desayuno era impresionante.

Desventajas: Hora de salida estaba un poco ocupado.

Ventajas: El personal estaba dispuesto a ayudar en cualquier momento. La cama era muy cómoda y la habitación estaba impecable. Maravilloso desayuno con muchas opciones. Disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia.

Ventajas: La ubicación era ideal, el transporte era de cerca. El personal era amable

Ventajas: Breakfast was great! The rooms and corridors are dated and worn. Lumpy mattress, stains on carpet, knocks on furniture and doors. Weird smell in hallways!

Ventajas: Only staff for concerige & resturant good

Desventajas: Unfortunately every time I stayed in the hotel is worse than before, this year I stayed 4 times and every time I find it worse before !! For example:- 1- Upon arrival at 12:30 pm, the reception refused to hand me over to the room. I know check in must be 2 pm but my room ready why not give to me !?! 2 - the reception asked me a visa card (for deposit, I tried to pay cash but refused Im explain to him my point that I can not put the visa card but strongly refused to pay cash and insisted on taking the visa !! 3 - The price for breakfast 21 £ when booking from the restaurant, but when booking from the reception price 18 £ when I decided in the morning to pay through the reception was refused ! I can not pay only when the check that I can not change my mind !! 4 - I had 3 rooms in the hotel and one of them for the disabled I asked her an extra bed was rejected due to of security reason ! (After that the hotel manager enters and solves the problem) 5-Noise noise noise !! The hotel puts DJ in the lobby late at night !! (All people can go to the disco or bar if they want to I dont know why they need annoyed guests by hotel mangment !!

Ventajas: The hotel was great. Short walk to Kings Cross/ St. Pancras. Hotel was very nice and staff were so friendly and helpful.

Ventajas: The main areas are beautiful and opulent, but rooms felt basic. I was also very surprised that the cost did not include breakfast and was an additional £18 person.

Desventajas: Additional cost of breakfast.

Ventajas: Location is great. We stayed with 2 kids. Mrs Cassandre Lebas , guest relations manager Gave us a very warming welcome and highly professional service, taking care all of our needs with patience and a smile

Desventajas: Nothing.

Ventajas: It is very close to a major tube and train station. The staff were beyond excellent.

Ventajas: The staff are approachable and professional. The room is very spacious. The room amenity is well provided. Also good location.

Desventajas: The safe was not working every well. Was not given a floor cloth for 2 days. It will be good to get full cream milk instead of just semi skim.

Ventajas: Lovely clean room with comfortable bed.

Desventajas: Stayed before it really great hotel.

Ventajas: Las camas y el baño eran cómodos. La televisión vía satélite era buena. El personal es muy amable. La ubicación es excelente. A poca distancia a pie de soho y Covent Garden.

Desventajas: La habitación es extremadamente pequeña. No hay armario ni espacio para pasear. Hay sólo unos 5 pies entre las camas y el baño. Sólo una persona puede moverse a la vez. Después de 1 día se quedó el rato y lo hizo funcionar. El cuarto de baño y la habitación están divididos por cristal esmerilado. No proporcionó privacidad a las familias.

Ventajas: Gran café

Desventajas: Ridículamente pequeña habitación con aire acondicionado que apenas funcionaba.

Ventajas: El personal era fantástico!

Desventajas: Las fotos de las habitaciones son engañosas.

Ventajas: Location proximity to my office

Desventajas: Night time noise that disturbed my sleep. Sounded like water pipes were surrounding the room and constantly running.

Ventajas: La ubicación es excelente. Por las tardes tienes incluido una degustación de vinos y quesos que está muy bien! Muy amables y generosos, puedes tomar lo que quieras.

Desventajas: Las habitaciones son demasiado pequeñas. Las fotos en la web están bien hechas y engañan un poco.

Ventajas: Very clean, SkyTV channels, cheeses and wine everyday for free, all night bar, free instatnt coffee in the room, relatively good choice of restaurants near the hotel.

Desventajas: These are not issues per se but just so people are aware: the cheese+wine is available between 5pm-8pm in the bar area. Still great and more than most hotels do but if you were expecting it in your room, no. Some rooms are below street level and there is no mobile signal. Free wifi is good though. The rooms that have no windows have a little red light which is always on and cannot be turned off. That's probably to make up for the complete lack of street light, without it the darkness would be full and you wouldn't even be able to find the light switches but some people might prefer it. I would. The room is spectacularly small but I was suprised that it was still more than enough for one person (or a couple very much in love :-). An iron is not in the room but the staff will bring one+board if you ask. Shower stream not very strong but that's normal in London.

Ventajas: Very clean. Got checked in early and could leave my luggage. Overall great experience!

Ventajas: La ubicación muy buena. El te frio siempre en la recepción. El personal amable y bien dispuesto. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero muy funcionales.

Desventajas: Me hubiera gustado un poco más de privacidad en el baño.

Ventajas: First off let me say that the manager forgot her name was absolutely amazing ! She’s so sweet and so professional. She had us checked in and on our way immediately, Refreshments were there for us waiting and fresh bottled water every day, not using plastic bottles which we loved. The cook staff and wait staff in the little restaurant were amazing Amelia and her co workers we forgot their names “ we were waisted she took care of us”. They took really good care of us. Fair prices and amazing pizza when you get home at 5 am ! Hahahaha

Desventajas: Absolutely nothing. It was perfect, A little hard to find so maybe a bigger sign but that was it.

Ventajas: Great location. Clean rooms.

Desventajas: Prepayment basis only, no chance of cancelling the booking or changing the dates, if need be. No breakfast is included into the booking options. Double room is too small, even for one guest. Open WiFi requires additional secure connection.

Ventajas: Location Front desk staff

Desventajas: Rooms are tiny. But maybe this is typical of London?

Ventajas: If you know what to expect from a Z Hotel in terms of room size etc, then there’s no surprises here. Very clean and well-located. Super-friendly and helpful staff.

Desventajas: A bit pricey for the size.

Ventajas: The free cheese and wine buffet. Nice touch.

Desventajas: No water at all. Rather essential to take a shower, shave, brush your teeth, flush etc before a very important business meeting. The bed is rather short.

Ventajas: location very good at city center. staff service very good smiling

Desventajas: El tiempo de espera para todo fue extremadamente lento. Un pedido de alimentos podría tardar más de 90 minutos en ser entregado. Las habitaciones no eran una prueba de sonido que se podía ver aquí a cada persona que caminaba y lo que decían. El personal no estaba entrenado para un hotel de ese precio. La selección del desayuno era mediocre y lo mismo todos los días durante los 9 días que estuve allí. La decoración del hotel es vieja y anticuada. Era difícil incluso tener una botella de agua entregada. La comida era menos y promedio.

Ventajas: Excelente ubicación justo al lado de Strand. El personal era amable y servicial, y el desayuno estaba incluido en mi estancia.

Desventajas: Las habitaciones son un poco pequeñas. También no hay mucho en el salón abierto y alrededores, pero el lugar lleno es de esperar en esa ubicación

Desventajas: Air con was not working very well the room was too hot Check in 3oclock too late we wanted to go in the room before our show at 2.30 I had emailed ahead to see if we could check in early and when we got there wasn’t ready was told we would get a text and hopefully be before 2.30 no text came went back to the desk and was told it was ready now we had a ticket for our cases and asked if they could be bought up straight away as we wanted to freshen up before show it was now 2 o’clock went up to the room but had to leave before cases got there

Ventajas: The location Was great the staff where amazing We booked a family room for three room was immaculate On the second day of our trip we arrived at the ritz for afternoon tea it was there that I realised I’d picked my room key up mistaking it for my debit card I rang the Waldorf and explained the situation they then arranged for my wallet to be sent over with a member of there staff this was done within the hour outstanding service So grateful to concierge and Lucy they saved the evening thank you so much I definitely will be staying again keep up the good work guys you reall do go the extra mile for your guests Duane hedley x

Ventajas: Superb hotel just an excellent place to stay. We stayed for my wife’s birthday and the staff were attentive and professional.

Desventajas: All good no complaints

Ventajas: Although we only stayed one night and didn’t eat in the hotel, the room was well equipped, comfortable, clean and just right for our brief stay. Could not fault it for our needs.

Ventajas: location is great, concierge and reception friendly, wifi ok, bar nice, room ok, cleaning and service too

Desventajas: breakfast not all all value for money, quality of bread, biscuit and sausages like discounter (artificially tasting,...), extra access for executive launch not value for money,...

Ventajas: Clean and modern
