Desventajas: La habitación que nos dieron al llegar (114) carecía, con las cortinas abiertas, prácticamente de intimidad al estar junto a una pasarela que conducía a la piscina. Pedimos otra habitación y nos dieron la 314, perfecta. El precio de los cócteles, excesivo incluso para un 5☆. La alcachofa de la ducha estaba demasiado baja (yo mido 1,78 m).

Ventajas: (1) el desayuno sigue siendo espectacular, magnífica fruta fresca y con sabor, muy bueno el zumo de naranja (2) la tranquilidad del hotel, todo esta siempre en calma (3) limpiar dos veces al día la habitación después de piscinas o playas tiene mucho valor.
Desventajas: Repito estancia por segundo año por que me gusta pero (1) Pedí un cambio de habitación al llegar, por estar la mía debajo del restaurante (el lobby esta en la planta mas alta) y quería asegurarme de estar tranquilo, y me ofrecieron una de bastante peor calidad. Me quede en la inicial que al final estuvo todo bien, pero fue un mal detalle. (2) solicite salir antes de las 14h, dos horas mas allá de las 12 en la salida, la respuesta fue no, el precio y nivel del hotel debería tener estos detalles con los clientes.

Desventajas: Buffet : anything outside of the buffet takes a long time and is not consistent. Bathroom "his and hers" sinks were much too confined - set between a pillar and the wall. TV (pop up) was too small and inconvenient Housekeeping was inconsistent : half the time no face towels, coffee & milk not necessarily replaced Being told they would not give an iron to the room due to Fire Safety was absurd.

Ventajas: Wonderfully comfortable hotel with some lovely touches. Coffee, tea available all day in public rooms often accompanied by wonderful traditional tarts and biscuits. Carafe of port in the room topped up as & when ! I celebrated my birthday whilst I was there and was surprised & delighted to find champagne in the room when we returned in the evening. Great breakfast selection, lovely toiletries, helpful friendly staff, a truly great place to stay. We will return.

Ventajas: This is a beautiful, classic old hotel located in a great location in Lisbon. The staff were uniformly helpful and friendly and the room was very comfortable. Two remarkable things to note: (1) The library and its view of the river from the top floor is a wonderful place to unwind with a drink at the end of the day; (2) The breakfast is excellent and the choices are numerous. Our whole experience staying here for 3 days could not have been more positive!

Desventajas: Las instalaciones para el desayuno. Aunque es un comedor precioso tiene poco espacio para apoyar platos cuando te vas a servir y ningún sitio para ir dejando lo usado y tampoco te lo retiran de la Mesa que son pequeñas. Me habría gustado más variedad de fiambre en desayuno ( jamón, embutido de más calidad)

Ventajas: La tranquilidad del hotel. La habitación más grande de lo habitual. Ofrecen tentenpié durante toda la tarde. El desayuno muy bueno.
Desventajas: La moqueta en la habitación es fatal para los alérgicos y es malsano. No es nada higiénico. No se puede limpiar como un parqué o un suelo de baldosa. El barrio tiene mucha contaminación y está muy desaliñado.

Ventajas: The staff makes a difference, everyone is very friendly and helpful. Aida (cleaner/cooker) is lovely. The breakfast is simple yet delicious. The bed is one of the best I've ever slept in. Overall Lapa82 is a great place to stay in Lisbon. Definitely recommend it!

Desventajas: Room V was much too dark no mirror in the bedroom. It was extremley dirty. Door to the bathroom didnt close. Toilet seat broken. This room would not be suitable for a large person as the shower was tiny and difficult to get into. It was not good value for money.

Desventajas: Reception is 9-5 on weekdays. Hosts were initially very communicative via what's app re access after hours, but didn't respond to later requests for information ( we were staying over the weekend). Charging for help yourself tea and coffee looks stingy. The bathroom has inadequate towel racks, important as towels are changed every three days (which is commendable)

The staff were extremely helpful: from making last minute restaurant bookings (there’s a nearby Fada restaurant we loved!) to perfect breakfast. The property is wonderful, we didn’t have time to make best use of the communal spaces or pool. We would love to come back. It’s just the right location. Thank you :)

Desventajas: The only tiny complaint - and it shouldn’t really matter, because we weren’t on holiday to surf the internet - is that the WiFi was a little patchy and neither of us could find a 3G signal either. But this is totally understandable given the age of building.

The location is in the heart of Lisbon, where you can walk to any part of the region and enjoy the surrounding bakeries, coffee shops, and art shops. The place is a few meters from the metro exit. Note: You take the metro from the airport (red line), get off at Saldanha station and walk to the yellow line. The drop off point will be at Rato terminal station, exit for Avenida Alvares de Cabral. The staff were attentive and were always willing to help us. There's a supermarket near the hotel (Continente)

No salía casi agua de las duchas femeninas, lo justo para asearse un poco. Paredes de papel. Si te tocan huéspedes maleducados de vecinos, date por perdido: imposible descansar. La habitación frente a la cocina fue horrible por un grupo (de gente ADULTA) que llegó la última noche. Portazos, grifo, charlas... Cero insonorización. Uno de los dos colchones que teníamos debió ser jubilado hace unos años, pues se hundía y clavaban todos los muelles. Un solo enchufe con una regleta para 3, solo útil para quien lo tenga al lado.

Desventajas: The lock broke the first day and it took three days to fix. They didn’t hire a real locksmith just a guy who was evidently drunk so we had to keep coming back to the hotel to check on our stuff/get new keys. The lady charged us twice for city tax but we didn’t go back and change it because doing anything took far too long and we wanted to just get out of the hotel and enjoy our holiday.

Ventajas: Me gustó la ubicación cercana al centro, se puede ir caminando pero eso sí, son 13 - 17 minutos depende a donde quieras ir. A la estación de Cais do Sodre para visitar Belem o Cascais son13 minutos caminando.
Desventajas: No me gustó que no habia ascensor, el pasillo de las escaleras no tenia iluminación por las noches y tenias que ir con cuidado, no nos dejaron toallas en la habitación tuvimos que pedirlas y se demoraron en entregarlas, nos tocó una habitación muy pequeña para 2 camas individuales pero vi que otras habitaciones eran más grandes (puede que no tengamos suerte). Los impuestos que cobran son más altos que lo cobran en otras zonas. No sé si hay normalmente precios mejores en éste hotel pero a mi me costo 15 euros la noche por persona más 4 euros de impuestos por persona adicionales y por eso lo califico como mala relación Calidad precio, si encuentras un precio mejor en éste hotel sería diferente tu calificación.

Ventajas: ubicación perfecta,tranquilidad,ventanales enormes.
Desventajas: habitación sin wc,no hacen las camas,no limpian la habitación,habitacion muy antigua,cerrojos dan problemas,perchero roto,SI REFORMARAN EL HOTEL SERIA MARAVILLOSO POR LO ESTRATEGICO QUE SE ENCUENTRA ,A TIRO DE PIEDRA DEL PARLAMENTO Y A LA MITAD DEL RECORRIDO DE LOS PRINCIPALES MONUMENTOS.
