I had a great time here! The hotel is very clean and tidy and the bathroom was very clean. The breakfast was delicious. The area is in the old quarter so you can walk to the Hoan Kiem lake. The staff helped me with everything I needed – plane tickets, laundry, tour bookings. Highly recommended!

Everything was just perfect! Lovely staff, clean rooms and perfectly located! We had an amazing time. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our short stay at the hotel was wonderful. I was truly surprised by their willingness to help, their welcoming attitudes and their attention to our needs

This is a beautifully decorated and clean hotel in a great location. The staff are extremely helpful and the breakfast was fantastic. I would recommend this to all of my friends. A great location handy to everything and closed to the night market in Hanoi old quarter. Great tour arranged by Mr Nam at the hotel who is always happy and willing to give you any advice and help

Very friendly staff, really good location. The hotel is just 100m away from a bus stop from which you can take bus no. 86 to the airport (35.000D). It's in the very center but not a crowded street, I really enjoyed it. I also got through them a one-day trip to Lang Ha Bay, which was also excellent.
