Located within walking distance to many areas. Helpful front desk staff.

Buffet supper was not that great.

Great experience. Lovely hotel with friendly helpful staff. Felix in particular assisted when I was boked on the wrong bus coming from Seville.

The location was excellent...near the old town and marina where you could get the ferry to the beaches on deserted island ... beautiful sandy beach

Great location, good breakfast buffet, excellent views out over the Ria Formosa, the marina and old town. Staff are all very friendly

Had to complain about the volume of music being played at the roof top pool area. The music choice and volume was not in keeping with the profile of the majority of the guests using the facility and staff running the area were asked to turn the volume down as it was simply unacceptable and headache inducing. Trying to get a coffee at the breakfast buffet in morning was hit and miss as it is now provided from 2 vending machines which take an eternity to produce a drink. The day one of the machines broke down we gave up as the queue was that long. They really need to rethink and offer a more suitable alternative for their guests
