Great location, clean modern room, with great shower facilities, staff were more than helpful, products for shower were a nice touch also.
The Room was too hot, which a fan was supplied to help with this. And the only other thing was duvet for bed seemed to small. But maybe this was due to having the small double room. But none of this ruined our stay at this great hotel.

Poor customer service. They are only interested in their profit and didn't care about protecting their customers from the coronavirus. They refused to change my booking due to the virus. Only after i complained several times did i get a ‘gift certificate’.

The atmosphere of the beautiful hotel was exceptional. When we first entered, a pianist was playing in the lobby. Very nice staff, helpful and friendly. Luggage room for temporary storage available. The rooms are impeccably clean and very stylishly designed. Comfortable bed and cushions.

Only said 2 nights didn't use any facilities but hotel was clean comfy and the staff were very helpful. Also price was good but we did travel on week days
No real dislikes we didn't have the breakfast as we thought it was expensive.

The hotel is located near all the historical and tourist attractions of Copenhagen. Nice and professional staff. Clean and spacious. Breakfast is small, but you will find everything you need.
The musty smell in the bathroom, but it takes a few minutes
