A broad variety of choice at breakfast. Good size room. Great shower. Very friendly staff.15-20 mins walk from cathedral.

The location is good, the staff nice and friendly, good artwork, spacey room.
The twin room has only one wall socket near one of the beds, all toiletries just for one person (had to share the soap, shampoo, shower cap etc), the coffee maker leaked water and could not produce any drinkable coffee, tea bags and no kettle to boil water, the window would not even tilt, the wash basin in the room is not practical, the glass wall in the bathroom ditto (nightly visits required the light and the person who happens to sleep next to the wall gets light in the face).

Location was great - right by the Rhine. Brilliant for cycling, easy to get into town. Staff responded well to complaint we had about the shower and it was completely resolved. We didnt have breakfast. Despite its busy location the hotel is quiet and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
Some water in reception to refill non-plastic bottles (loved the sweets but water would have been good!)
