relaxed atmosphere and central location !

Excellent location, very convenient. Easy to reach and space available to stop with your car and unload. People at the reception were helpful and fast to check in/check out and deal with car and luggage.

Attention to details is a bit lacking for a structure at this level. The restaurant is clearly understaffed for breakbeat. Had to ask to get tables clean since there was no place to seat. No lactose or gluten free milk or yogurt available, the coffee machine was out of service both days (had to ask the waiter). Whole wheat bread run out but wasn’t replaced. Had a coffee machine in the room but they didn’t bother to take out the dirty coffee cups even if they clearly entered the room to empty the trash bins. They just left the dirty cups there. Had to clean myself in the bathroom. Was charged two different amounts in the bar for the orange juice even if it was always the same size.

Great location, an immaculate facility, comfortable beds, nice staff and an excellent breakfast.

Very central to the sights of Berlin, we managed to see most of them and walked everywhere. There is a square near the hotel with a very good restaurant called Erdinger Weibbier highly recommend this.

Nothing much, they did try to upgrade the room at a cost, but the room we had was very adequate.

Una decoración preciosa y un personal increíblemente amable y servicial - ¡fueron tan buenos para nosotros! Llegamos mucho antes de que comenzara la hora de registro y todavía pudieron llegar a nuestra habitación en cuestión de minutos.

¿por alguna razón nos pusieron en una habitación con dos camas individuales? Pero, honestamente, estábamos tan rezagados de los aviones que en realidad no importaba. Las camas también eran MUY cómodas.
