Shree Ganesha Palace

Resting on the side of the Busy Streets of Varanasi is Shree Ganesha Palace. Once we are inside there is immediate disconnection with the hustle & bustle of the town giving a homely atmosphere with wonderful service from all the staff. This is our second stay at this place after 3 years and this is a family run place with boutique interiors. One of our rooms was also upgraded to Supreme Deluxe as it was vacant. Reliable, Homely, Clean and wonderful services received.

The staff is brilliant! They helped us with all our questions, gave us a nice walk tour to the Ghats and through the city, and accompanied me to the evening ceremony at the Ghat. They even helped us to arrange train tickets for our further trip and kept in touch (several days after we left Varanasi) to make sure it goes as planned. The location is very good for sightseeing. The room was very comfortable and clean. Very good restaurant. There is an inner terrace within the hotel building.

In winter, it's a bit cold in the restaurant. Coffee ;)))

I loved the room, it was beautiful and the bed was so comfortable. It was a big area, very clean and decorated so nicely. The staff were beyond amazing and took a lot of care with everything, booking.com made a mistake and booked us on a night where they were booked out and the staff went to the effort of calling everyone who had booked to double check they weren’t cancelling, when they had no luck they offered us a free walking tour with a cool guy called aman! We had free breakfast too which was pretty awesome

There was a small issue of water linking under the sink when you turn the tap on but no biggie

El personal de recepción ha sido realmente amable. La habitación tranquila, ya que aún estando en pleno centro, quedaba alejada de la calle principal. Tiene secador y calefacción. Queda cerca de los ghats más importantes, se puede ir andando fácilmente. Si volvemos a Varanasi repetiremos sin duda.
