Rooms and ambiance was nice

Breakfast doesn't have much spread like 4/5 star hotels, it's like a 2-star hotel breakfast menu.

Decor is nice and room was very clean. Bed was amazingly comfortable; washer/dryer in the room was a fantastic help.

Not much to do around the hotel and crossing the street is a nightmare. Price was a little high for that location.

I like the location being a 30 minute ride from the airport but accessible to town as well. The bed was the most comfortable one I slept on in Thailand. There was a washer & dryer combo in the room so I was able to wash my clothes before traveling. The pool is nice and there is a sauna.

There wasn't a desk in the room. I was able to use the small table though.

The room itself was a treat, with a really comfortable bed, lots of space, a choice of chairs and a sofa to sit on, and a modern, recently updated bathroom.

I chose this hotel for the location, thinking that it would be handy for the airport rail link when we checked out - which it was - but sadly, this was a mistake because it is convenient for nothing else. The nearest MRT/Skytrain stations are about 3km away, which means a taxi is required every time you want to get elsewhere in the city. Also, sadly, the information I received from staff was rather limited. I asked if they had a "spa" - thinking of the hot tub/jacuzzi and sauna advertised in the booking.com facilities, but was instead directed to the hotel's own massage parlour, which offered a number of "massage + HJ" options. I know that this is freely available in Bangkok, and perhaps this is a matter of a language barrier combined with European sensitivity, but I was shocked to be offered this so brazenly in a so-called 5 star hotel.
