Aspen Hotel - Special Class

The property was very nice and kept very clean. The property also had a private feel about it. There was a pool area and a large separate courtyard if you wanted to sit in private. Staff is very friendly I was a solo traveler. I felt safe . Room was clean as is the whole property. Food was excellent in the restaurant also.

Great value for money in the historical neighborhood of Kaleichi: nice and clean rooms, a vareity of meals included in breakfast, helpful staff, comfortable common areas (the restaurant, the pool, outdoor relax zone with trees and henches). During our 3-night stay the other guests of the hotel were mainly elderly people from Europe so it was pretty quiet at the hotel premises.

Our room was facing the harbour and the fish restaurant, which may be kinda loud at nighttime (live music plays loudly till about midnight). The rooms facing the inner yard should be rather quiet. Our standard room was really cozy so it might be not very comfortable for an extended stay of, say, a week's length, and may not suit those who like to have extra space to walk around the room or do morning exercises.

The man in the reception said that i drink a water from the mini-bar but i didn't (price 3 lira) there is some cheating here !?

It feels like visiting relatives from Turkey - a far away family - very friendly and welcoming atmosphere this is genuienely interested in the visitors best experience. The food is amazing - everybody should be on a half-board basis here and taste home made turkish dishes from the fantastic chef!

The only problem here was when we had to leave for our holiday. The location is perfect, and everybody in the hotel from the cleaning staff, to reception and the people working in the swimming pool bar and dinner area are friendly and professional.
