    Practically everything. Great place, great location, great breakfast.

    Hallways were very dark. Room coffee facilities sparse.

    This is my 2nd time at Art'otel Amsterdam. It's a beautiful hotel with a great team attending to our needs. Max went beyond the traditional service to solve a problem I was facing. He was genuinely nice and helpful! Everyone at the reception was helpful too. From the moment we arrived to check-in, we asked for changes in reservations (due to COVID-19 crisis), and they attended to our requests smoothly. Thank you Art'otel team, we'll hopefully be back once this period passes.

    Great location, comfy bed, great bathroom and shower. Room was very quiet even if it was so central.

    The room cleaning was pretty bad. When I checked into my room the trash can was filled with rubbish, the bottle of water was open and half empty, and the bathroom was missing some of the amenities.
