The hotel was one of the best I've personally ever stayed in. We stayed for 4 nights, bed & breakfast, and everything exceeded our expectations. Food and drinks were fantastic, we didn't even have to leave our sunbeds to get a drink or lunch by any of the pools. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Location was also excellent as we went out for dinner a couple of nights, there are some restaurants a short walk from the hotel which were lovely, if not, we did travel into Playa De Las Americas one evening for dinner which was about a 10/15 minute drive and around 20 euros in a taxi one-way (worth it). We also took a trip to Siam Park (again by taxi, same price roughly) which was well worth it. The hotel actually booked the water park for us which was very helpful. We dined in the buffet restaurant one evening with a great choice of food and great waiter service, and then we booked the Teppenyaki restaurant in the hotel which was absolutely outstanding and would definitely recommend! Will 100% be returning to this hotel as have no complaints.

Fab place, lovely staff . Pools are all amazing gorgeous breakfast spread and great selection of restaurants. Steak house and sports bar food 10/10. Pool bar at' Eden Pool' just amazing!!!
Maybe a bit far out from playa las americas taxis aren't cheap.

Beach club was really good and rooms were nice
Was overcharged at arrival due to being given a wrong price by booking.com. was really expensive for food & drink, location is poor and was 20Euros per journey to and from where there was restaurants/nightlife, balcony wasn't cleaned until the last day (we stayed there 11 nights), cleaning staff broken handle off of shower door but didn't report it and safe was tampered with whilst we were out.
